Senior Vice President of Customer SuccessSTATS’ newest senior vice president of customer success, Lisa Ackerman, plans on developing and expanding the company’s customer relations program. In an effort to do this, she will onboard STATS’ clients with customer training, professional services and support. Having previously lead the customer experience team at SumTotal Systems, this position is right up Lisa Ackerman’s alley.
